Love your D + C design, and it will love you back. The best way to store your D + C earrings are in separate ziploc bags. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. To preserve colour, do not store in direct sunlight. Clean sterling silver hooks periodically with a silver cloth, or by rubbing them gently with toothpaste [and wiping this off afterwards]. Please do not store flexible plastic polymer pieces on top of each other, folded, or in a very hot environment.

shipping
We ship world-wide from Canada, and shipping prices vary depending on your location. As all D + C pieces are lovingly hand-detailed, orders of more than 15 pieces can take up to three weeks to arrive, (depending on the quantity ordered, the item(s) ordered, and the buyer’s location). D + C is happy to provide an anticipated shipping date for all orders, and will do its best to ship as quickly as possible.

Canada Post Express Post is used for shipping all orders within Canada, unless otherwise discussed. Orders shipped to clients outside of Canada do not come with a tracking number, unless requested at the time of purchase. This is due to shipping costs being substantially higher when tracking numbers are required (read: we want to save you money on shipping!). Item numbers are included with all orders, however (these are only useful in tracking down an item in the unlikely event an order is delayed or lost in transit). If you would like a tracking number, let us know at the time of purchase, and we will adjust the cost of shipping accordingly.
 
For orders within the Vancouver, Canada, please e-mail sales[at]designandconquerjewellery.com to order and to set up a pick-up/delivery time—no shipping costs are charged for local orders.
 
To ensure an accurate fit when ordering cuffs and rings, please include your wrist and/or finger circumference measurement(s) with your order.

refunds and exchanges
Design + Conquer has a 7-day exchange policy and all sales are final, except on defective products. Buyers are to cover return shipping costs for exchanges. D + C must be notified by e-mail ahead of time before it will accept an exchange or return.

custom orders
Designs in D + C's Electro collection's Compilation have customizable accents. Please specify what colour you're wanting when placing an order.
