We ship worldwide from Vancouver, BC, Canada. As all DC pieces are lovingly hand made, larger orders can take up to three weeks to arrive, [depending on the quantity ordered, the item[s] ordered, and the buyer’s location]. Standard shipping is used to send all orders, without tracking numbers [except within Canada]. If you would like a tracking number, let us know at the time of purchase, and we will adjust the cost of shipping accordingly. US orders typically take 5 – 10 business days to arrive, and Canadian orders typically take one week to arrive. International shipping times can vary [due to post office and customs delays outside of Canada], and orders typically take a maximum of three weeks to arrive.

exchange and refund policies

Design + Conquer has a 30-day exchange policy and all sales are final, except on defective products. DC must be notified by email ahead of time before it will accept an exchange or return.
